ACT Charter (Articles of Organization) and By-law information
Voting on the proposed charter is active now:
please send in your green postcard
Members: Please keep a look out for a manila envelope from ACT containing a
notice of annual meeting, copy of the proposed new charter, a cover memo
that explains the changes, and a green proxy postcard. The envelope should arrive
on or before February 21st. Please be sure to open it, review the enclosures,
fill out the postcard and mail it back to ACT as soon as possible to record your vote!

(note that some blanks will need to be filled in after the Annual Meeting):
