Parcels in green are protected land.Parcels 10 and 24 are protected as part of the zoning requirements for the clustered developments to the south.Notes from Land Stewardship committee chair Jim Snyder-Grant:The solid blue, yellow, and red lines are the current trail system maintained by the Land Stewards.Dotted blue and yellow lines are tentative trail relocations that will be needed during construction if the swap goes through.The track of the trails after construction is still to be worked out. Yin Peet has frequently expressed her willingness to have the trails return to her land. However, certain technical obstacles have to be considered: the blue trail goes through the proposed house location, and so the proposed blue trail relocation would probably stay permanent. The yellow trail will need some rerouting to avoid the septic system and the proposed fence, and the crossing point over the driveway has to be thought through carefully for safety reasons.
